Alpha demo update

General update for alpha version has released.
- inventory system has changed to be more comfortable (left click to drag, right click to drop item back to inventory)
- new item popup added
- added some new dialogues
- added rain in main menu
- rain is now can be turned off in preferences
- a huge bugfix pack
To clarify, alpha version is a branch of MAIN version which is unpublished. I
